Question of this genie thing

I saw someone talking about these things called genies that were all-class pets and had different skills and stuff. This true? And if it is doesnt that mean we would have to have another pet slot? And i dont want to waste my money buying hay. I dont wanna dump my panther either.. I would appreciate answers. b:bye

Genies are not implemented yet, but they are coming. They won't take a pet slot nor will they need to be fed (at the least, not pet food). I can't seem to find the thread started by one of the GMs here about the genies, but if you search for it you may be able to. It will be the only genie thread opened by a GM and should contain the most up to date *confirmed* info we have.
