game took my money but wont give me zen

I bought a prepaid credit card and charged zen. the card says i am missing the cash but the website says the transaction was canceled. what do I do??????

    Call the credit card company or send an email, the way the credit card works is screwy. I had the same problem. I tried to buy $50 worth of zen on a $50 card but the game requires an extra $1 charge making the transaction impossible. The card does not hold $51, but $50. The dollar is later refunded, but it makes things difficult. I tried a few different things and later found that I had $32 charged off of the card but all my transaction were declined. A day later I got the full $50 placed back on the card. Eventually the money would be refunded to your card but it could take up to 30 days, so I say call or write them. Ask the credit card company to reverse the charges and they will. Hope this helps and doesn't confuse.
