Giant Ape's Tail
Giant Beast's Armor
Dust of Stars
Antenna of Consumer of Souls
Sacred Mother's Orb
Sorceress's Hand
Evil Minion's Horn
Forshura's Arm
Iron Plate of Darkness

    Armor, Orb, Hand, Iron Plate= 3-1

    Last boss in 2-2. Astralwalker I think he's called.

    Check the site Nubble posted, on the left it will tell you if a boss spawns in mid or high. Best reference site out there for TT mats imo.

    Arm, Armor, Hand, Iron Plate are in solo mode too, rest are high

    good luck on devil souls uh yah only worth 20mil+ each yah..
    if your faction didnt answer you what drops them then ya you wont be farmin ancient evil aka belial

    Ancient Devil's Soul is priceless.

    I doubt you will get that material at level 90 (specially if you aim to make Fists), Nayiro, but yeah, goodluck anyways.

    20 mil o.O I wish. Last time I checked, on Sanct, there was one going for 50 mil bare minimum

    Hardest part of getting Souls is the drop rate, second only to the drama after seeing one drop.

    2 were advertised recently 55 mil each.

    priceless yah kinda, but if its a squad not farming for a single person they try to sell to factoin or in AH, on HT theyve been in there kinda weekly 20 or 25 mil
