in game mouse disappears?

occasionally, something pops up from my computer's toolbar and then the game client minimizes and i have to close the pop-up, but when i go back to the game client, the in game mouse disappears and the regular mouse pointer appears instead, so when i click on something to do an action, the game just minimizes again. this only happens on one of my computers instead of the other ones i have. anybody know what to do?

Easiest and most reliable fix is to play in Window-mode. You could try installing the East Asian Language pack but that is not a guaranteed fix.

Tried myself and many of my friends and it worked 100% for everyone.
