    This topic isn't about parenting first of all. I won't let my child who doesn't understand this environment be here anyhow. And I don't have a kid yet.. Geeze, are you dumb or something???!!!

    Advice from people tougher than me lol? More than bad advice because I already understand what your talking about and how much of a fail it is already. Next time, we will probably have more QQs about how unfair wraith events are in months or so with the current system.

    Sighs, your point was that it is ok for a Higher level to KS a lower level because that's how life is. A wraith event dicates no rule that a higher level may not enter. So therefore, a lower level can have all the drop excluded from him or herself. You call this system "Tough Love" as it is clearly how life is meant to be.

    First off I love this game! I'm not gonna quit because I disagree of how some events are handled. I'm still new so I don't know all the ins and outs of the game. If I or someone runs their mouth it's because we don't understand something. I've done 5 wraith attacks and since I've started I have received 7 dogs tags and tons of elemental dust. I did pretty well for a lvl 30 at the time. Yes it gets annoying when a high lvl archer is killing all your prey with one shot. I think the game makers could do something about it. Will they? Probably not. On some occasions I've had high lvls ask me to join a squad with them. They didn't have to but they were trying to be nice. For those of you who say they wanna quit over events or just boycott them, don't do it. I say do them and comment on them and let the GMs know that the game makers can do better.

    Yea, would be nice to hear from a GM. Is this event ever going to be changed in the future?

    From my perspective when I was doing the wraith attacks, you would have been a "high level" because I was only level 20. Would I have wanted you banned or somehow prevented from participating in the event? No, because even at level 20 I was still managing to score more than enough kills to make the event worthwhile. So why should I complain?

    If only low levels were allowed to participate, then the events wouldn't be the manic free-for-all mayhem that they are right now. Instead, they would be a rather dull take-your-time affair (in my opinion). There's something genuinely exciting about snatching kills away from higher levels moments before they can 1-hit them.

    i didnt even ****ing say that. all i said is that dont show up to it cuz theres nothing you can do about it and dont let it get to you. whether it's ok or not, theres not a dam thing i can do about someone else ksing you even if i wanted to cuz i dont show up to lowbie wraith events and i'm on a different server. Rule basically called improving yourself by leveling or employing better attacking strategies to get the mob down to 1/2 fast rather than complaining is tough love - it's like if you get beat at school by some punk bigger than you, you work out so you can beat the **** out of him later. you completely misunderstood him.

    and that comparison of yours, are you serious? is the scope of the this ksing problem comparable to the holocaust yes or no? there's a difference in sheer scope and severity between millions of people dying and a bunch of lowbies getting upset at a wraith event, i hope you damn well realize that

    P.S. I was beat up as a little kid by bullies. Not because I did anything wrong, but because I couldn't fight back. Who was my hero? No one. Do I want other people to help me? Yes, but no one did. Sure I become stronger, but that was a bad experience to gain strength from. I feel there are better ways to get stronger than getting bullied.     yay forum QQ'ing over Bs again.

    YES more wraith events please!!

    At the other idiots complaining about the lvl 9999 players blasting eveything aaway at the lvl20 wraith events, those high lvls are complete morons because the drop rate is almost non existant. And like somone else said, the easy solution is for the GM's to use damn common sense. Spawn 3 warith events at once for example" village of naught(high lvl), Whetstone ( mid lvl), and finally a lvl 20-30 one

    This way the high lvls will already be busy at their own event by the time the low lvl one is announced and everyone can live hapily ever after (or go find the next best thing to cry over)

    no my first post says: theres so much else to do in this game, go do them instead of getting upset at this one event you can't be part of.

    the 2nd post was in response to "what if you were in my shoes". i basically said when i was in your shoes, i just did other stuff and ignored wraith events. i didnt say ksing is condoned, i just didnt throw a tantrum on the forums. and you know what? every lowbie CAN deal with it because the event is not essential to their gameplay. if someone's ksing your quest mobs, that's different. you didnt ask us whether it's right or not, you asked us to put ourselves in your shoes, which we did, and we were in it at one point.

    Honestly this is how the game is at the moment so I deal with it. No problem. People can have their say. Maybe some come off as whiners but they're saying their peace. What really ticked me off at the events was when (and there was always one person who did this) a higher lvl complained about lvl 20-30's being there. Like lower lvls had no right being there in the wraith attacks in Timberfield. Yes I know everyone has a right to go these events if they want to regardless of their lvl. I accept that. Not hating on anyone. Someone made a point tho that it would be kind of boring if all the lvl 20-30s,40-50s, etc. had their own wraith attack events and I kinda agree. Seeing the higher lvls in action makes me strive to be a higher lvl. Someone also mentioned in this thread they could have more attacks going on at the same time in different places. Like with the easter event, it should have taken place 2-3 times during a 24 hour span for each server. People would have had more chances to get something. The game makers could have written some code to lock out account users who have attended one easter event that day. Once again I'm just saying my peace.

He was probably killing 50% of the spawns in our area, with my girlfriend and I splitting the remaining 50%, but even with our slimmer pickings my girlfriend and I were getting way more drops.

    So of course we had to make frequent comments like, "Woohoo! A celestone!", "Yay! A dogtag!", "Another celestone!", etc..., whenever we'd get something, while he was getting pretty much nothing.b:laugh
