Different Forum Avatars?

I noticed that higher lvl players have different forum avatars than the default class ones. Around what level does this become available? Is for anyone who reachs a high level, or are there other requirements?

    You will get a new one at 40 and 80 I believe. Or at least that is if they didn't change things.

    I believe there is one more avatar change at lvl 105.
