These items are used in Quests from NPC's in towns/villages and are NPC specific

ie - If you have a quest from banker in Plume and try to hand it in to banker in Archosaur he won't know what you are talking about

So simply trash all banker quests and then talk to the banker wherever you are and accept new bank quests and they will now work

same applies to pet manager and Inventory manager

    I find that hard to believe, i've always just gone to the nearest banker/pet npc and did the extension regardless of where i got the quest.
