ok im completl new at this game, but before I start I want to know, if I live in Nevada wich would be the fastest server for me?

    one of the west coast servers
    so Sanctuary or heavens tear which are pve
    or lost city which is a pvp server

    Though keep in mind that the east coast servers have less people/less lag. The west coast servers are crowded. So even though they're based farther away, the gameplay might be smoother depending on where in the game you are.
