Can't log into the Heaven's Tear server

I reported about this in here a couple of days ago (http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=246571). I submitted three tickets and none of the replies that were sent to me didn't work out. So I tried finding my own solution.

Here is the thing. The Heaven's Tear server for some reason refuses my connection. b:shocked One of my cousin sisters visited me today and when I told her about the game she created an account and logged in to Heaven's Tear server just fine. I tried logging on/off her account several times and every time that account connects just fine. When I use my account it just won't let me connect to the server. "I went WTFBBQ!!" I'm not banned neither done anything wrong.

Can some one responsible enough to check if something wrong with my account please explain why is this happening to me? O_@!

    Sometimes your char get bugged somehow.

    Try doing a "verify" at the connect panel of the game.

    As far as I know this means that the server thinks that I'm logged in but I'm not!. It doesn't close my connection. Even a force login won't work. Nothing is wrong with my client, connection or anything like that... cause my cousin sis plays perfectly fine in the Heaven's Tear server without any problems using the very PC I use.

    BTW so like when do I can expect to hear a reply from the technical staff? I kinda need to play this cause these are my free days.

    What/where was your character at the last time you logged out of the game world.

    Do you have any anti-virus or firewalls running while trying to sign in?

    Are you selecting the correct server when trying to log in? Our records show you have characters on Heaven's Tear and Dreamweaver.

    If you create another new account and sign in are you able to?

    Are you selecting the correct server when trying to log in? - Yes Our records show you have characters on Heaven's Tear and Dreamweaver. - I was only playing in the Heaven's Tear server. I started to have problems about a week ago. Since it seemed like it's not getting fixed any sooner I created a temporary character in Dreamweaver server and started palying.

    If you create another new account and sign in are you able to? - Yes. Without any problem any account other than my main can log in perfectly fine.

    I have to add something here. After I started having this problem I managed to get into the Heaven's Tear server 3 times. That's out 100+ times that I have kept on trying to connect to the server.b:pleased

    HT is one of the more popular servers, and depending on the time of day of when you are trying to login to it, it could take a few tries, or you made need to try and little bit later.

    As for the "can log in on the same PC and connection with different accounts" issue, that is a little bit harder to figure out.

    Are you both on the same Windows account when you are playing?
    Example, is she on Windows under her name and logging in, and you on yours?

    Have you tried logging in to your account under her Windows account, if that is the case? Results?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    She and I both use the same windows account.

    If it's possible could you just remove everything related to my account in Heaven's Tear?, as if I'm playing in that server for the very first time. I'm pretty damn sure right now that this is a server side problem cause I tried logging into my account from a friend's place and it's the same. (The server hates my account, lolz) I don't mind losing my characters. I want to play in there badly cause it gives fairly good pings to me and most of my friends are there, also I kinda need to use my original name.

    Please inform me if this is possible.b:pleased
