lost paperclip on worldquest plz help

i started World Quest as usual , on the second drop to npc Tailor Fang Pei, in arcasour west district . she took my paperclip and then did not return a paperclip to me to continue my WQ . i tried reloggin in several times and then i tried to restart the quest but that does not work iether i need that exp plz help

    Hi,
    If your inv doesn't have 2 free slots then it won't update until you clear 2 slots...
