    did you install the east asian language pack?

    does this pop up when you click "start game"? maybe you should try the verify button.
    I have no other idea, but I think it's worth a try until you get a better answer^^;

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    i did try verifying it twice ,flauschkatze, and its the english version.... thats why i sent it here... thank you either way :)

    oh but yes that pops up each time i click start...

    Flauschkatze asked about the language packs because there are several files that are still in chinese and your computer may have trouble reading correctly if you don't have the language pack installed. Such as trying to alt + tab when in full screen. Without the language pack it causes problems when you try to go back into the game. So basically if you don't have them installed, there is a chance that installing them could fix the problem was her point.

    In this case, the issue is that you don't have any video drivers installed. Please contact your system's manufacturer about acquiring the appropriate drivers.

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
