HELPP! NEED customer support!PLS

okay..so i was playing today and my computer ****ed up and the game closed while i was playing. So i started the game again and logged in and everything fine but then when i chose my character and tried to play again it doesnt let me. i get some kind of error and i dont know wat the error is. But i created a new character to c if i can log on with that and i was able to log on wif the new character but im still unable to log in wif my other character. Was hoping you could tell me what happened or y i cant get onto my character. =(

    Please log in with your character. When the loading screen appears, press and hold the W key. When the game loads, your character should be running. The error message will still appear, but continue holding down W until your character has run beyond the spot where your game crashed. Restart the game and you should be able to play as normal. You may need to run the game in windowed mode for this to work. If your character was flying at the time, you will probably need to restart the game and try again after he lands.

    Oh okay ill try it thanx soo much man=)
    and...i sent a ticket also..so if what u told me to do works is there a way for me to cancel it so that they dont have to bother with it again?

    I've learned for this that if you wait 10 - 20 minutes it normally lets you log back on too, easier than having to keep restarting the game, although, you sometimes get killed by monsters in that 10 - 20 mins of being disconnected.

    okay so i did this and it worked but...now everytime i leave the safe area i get this error and i tried to do this again and it doesnt seem to be working anymore..is there anyother way i can fix this stupid error?
