Need help with keyboard commands

usually all the keys work for me in the game, but all of a sudden F3 didn't work properly and i can't cast any spells in the F3 slot. I was wondering if the reason could be that somehow I managed to remap the key. (Note: the key does work perfectly fine out of the game). Thanks for all the help.
