Help with patching

HELPPP!!!! Dx
well then i finally get to dowload the game i cant patch it
first didnt wanted to patch for itself so i tryed to dowload the patches myself
now that i have all patches im trying to patch it and doesnt wanna work
the only thing that says is "update server connection fails"

    Try installing the East-Asian Language Pack.
