Today at 2pm server time, a popular cash shop item will be on sale at 50% it's normal value.

East Coast servers will have this sale at 11am PST or 2pm EST.

West Coast servers will have this sale at 2pm PST or 5pm EST.

This sale will last for one hour only. Broadcasts will be made prior to the sale starting and ending.

    would you mind doing such eventw TWICE in a day so that us european players have a chance too? not a problem on east coast servs maybe, but for those of us who remained in the west 1am is uh...

    thanksb:thanks , also do consider i didn't mean only those promotions, this is a problem with basically all events with fixed timing, including weekly things like dragon temple and city of abominations

    so far only the daily race takes care of this (it happens twice a day but allows entry only during one of these times per person)

    Honestly, whats the point of having an event like that when the majority of your player base that actually puts money into the game is at work?

    if having a wedding isn't benefit-based [excluding rep and an extra day of EXP] such as having more exp as a party together, etc - then i dont see how it's 30 gold.

    Seeing as the point of this event would be a mass increase in sales, because after the prices go back to normal it is inevitable that demand for this item for a decent time at regular price will plumet.

    That said, giving all this up for 1 hour of sales at a, well putting it nicely, 1 of the worst possible times ever, I have a very bad feeling about this event.

    Demand will fall for a decent amount of time for this item, and with the ridiculous time restrictions, I cant see the amount of sales even coming close to the overall hit you receive in say the next week for this one item.

    I plan for events like this. I have been buying gold every time the price drops to the 105k to 110k range then decide whether to take advantage of the event and buy cs items, or whether I should sell my gold at 125+ to others who want to participate in the event. I started with $10 real cash, I now have 40 gold in , an israfel, polaris, and lots of other items. And the changes in gold prices are pretty easy to predict.

    I'd be curious to see what it is, it might actually convince me to sink some real cash into this game, depending.

    Of course, at 2 PM EST I am at work o0; And the non-working gamer base here should be in school at that time. So that time slot does not make sense to me o0;

    Is it possible to buy cash shop items without being logged into the game, say, from the website here? Because my game is a half hour drive away from here, at HOME. I could take a 15 minute break at two to buy something but if it requires me to be on the game itself, I'm not going to sacrifice an hour's pay to drive home, log in, and get something for half off.

    I think y'all are going to lose out on a lot of business you were hoping for since the gamer base is mostly working adults and students who will not have access to the CS at the scheduled time.

    Unless this is a spot test to make sure that the servers don't crash due to demand XD
