Inquiring About Rumors

I was in Archosaur when I saw Duke Blacke walking around. He had that quest symbol over his head so I went to talk to him. When I went to the quest related, it said Inquiring about Rumors. I kept using that option and spended 300 before I stopped. Is it an actual quest? If so, how do you get it?

    It's not an 'actual' quest, as you are thinking of them as.

    exactly what it says. He tells you a rumour that may or may not be helpful for a small fee. Nothing more.

    One time I got a coin reward from him after doing 'Inquiring About Rumors' like a gazillion times. It was 10k I believe. He said something about being curious is a good thing or something like that...

    So...You spend 300k or something, asking him question after question and in return hi gives u 10k...?

    be careful to what he says.;

    when telling that some blacksmith or tailor as chance .that means you have more chances doin 3stars crafting by that npc
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    He also says that if you fail at your first refine, that you should give it up for the day.

    ... something to that effect. I took away, "If at first you don't succeed, try again tomorrow."
