Race time change

I just tried to get into the race and it should have started already. A friend told me there was an announcement about the race; that the times have changed. I wasn't able to find anything when I searched the forum.

Is this true that the times of the daily race have changed?

    Currently Dreamweaver and Harshlands are one hour off. They should be PST time +3 but currently they are PST +4.

    This will be corrected during tomorrow's maintenance.

    Yeah, we were a bit surprised when our TW started an hour earlier than the server said it was going to. LOL
