    I actually started out planning to farm it all. BUt the more I played I found how hard it would be to farm 20m. I just didn't have the nerve for it so I spent $180 for a herc. Got it around lv 50. ;o

    Grind with my main for 50% coin.
    Gave up and spent about $100 for the rest of my SoF.

    Herc = $100 + 1 month playing game for coin.

    Having more time to do what I wanted the Herc for and to play with my children? = Priceless

    There are some things money can't buy, for everything else theres Paypall :D
    Barbs should have a 50% HP reduction..... Mages should 2X mana cost increase...... BM's shouldn't be allowed to use weapons at all...... Archers should throw shoes and boots at the enemy..... Clerics should only be able to heal npc's.... Veno's should have a minimum of 5 phoenix's at level 1
    There, I balanced the game... You can thank me later.

    A did a bit of both, lol

    Spent about 100 real dollars
    the rest i fought Adawolf geomancers and sold the dq items.

    Bought my herc with $.
    Got the phoenix with ingame coins (bought gold).

    herc was useful for farming the money for the bird, though I also made a lot of money by playing the market. Took a concerted effort of about 2 weeks.

    I grinded for coins.. I used the coins to buy gold... I used the gold to open boxes to get my nix on the day they came out. b:victory

    I'm planning to get my Nix and Herc through in game farming and probably buy gold when theres a sale on for the battle pet packs b:pleased

    1 month at lvl 80 seems about right, but 3 days? Is it really that easy to make 20 mil at lvl 88? What did you do?b:nosebleed

    I managed to do it. 75% coins->gold, 25% gold

    angeRR and dejavu even farmed like 90% of it with coins on Harshlands and that server hasn't been out long either.

    I bought mine with gold and fyi it was under 150 dollars. Oh yeah, I spent over an hour purchasing the packs, opening the packs, opening the packs within the packs, and then transfering the feath to SoF.

    got my herc with coins most part, only donated 20 - 40 golds for it using rl money ~ @lvl 67+
    got my pheonix with pure ingame coins though ~ @79/80

    my nix is only lvl 55 b:cry still trying to lvl it up b:surrender

    Bought both herc and pho with rl money - have played veno before on other servers and didn't want to have to go through the lvling process from 1-85 that I had to do elsewhere..this time around grabbed them both around lvl 30 or so!
