Badges of Wisdom, Strength, Etc.

I know how to get them and what quest they are for, but I am wondering if they are worth collecting and what is the reward at the end when you finish those sage quests.

    you get an awesome 2* orange lvl 90 weapon, you need rank 6 for this which is what 20 or 35k rep? but half badges arent implemented in game yet

    well how do i get them, i started the quest, but i cant get the items for it?

    should i wait till lv 90 to do it

    click through the link i showed and look through each badge on where ya get them like i said half quests for them are not activated, and yah dont worry about it till 90+ really, dont think anyone on HT even has the 35k rep required yet anway, and if so its VERY few people (handful or less)
