i lag only when im in a fb

not sure if theres anything i can do about it only started happening after the 102 patch. theres about a 5 second delay before what i click on takes place for example i try and select a mob i click it 5 seconds later im rinning towards where the mob was cause i apparently missed it. if i run an fb other than a 19 or 29 i will prolly die repeatedly cause the reaction time of my character is that of a stoner. hope there is something to be done
