unbinding equipment

I was trying to get a friend to sell me their Christmas Blessing, but they said they bound it.. i then was just looking for the person who binds things.. and found them. i noticed an option that kinda intrigued me. "cancel demolish" im guessing it repairs the demolished item after unbinding demolishes it. but how much does it cost? and does it re-bind it?

    If something gets binded you can't do anything about it but destroy it

    yet there's still an option at the PW agent to "cancel demolish" so im still asking.

    Thats there only if you chose to change your mind. It takes 7 days (i think 7) to destroy a bound item, during that time you can decide to change your mind and keep it. However, its still bound to you. Once you bind it you can not do anything, any way, to give it to someone else. It is truely 100% permanent, its yours, till the end of time, unless you destroy it.
