??? glowing Weapons?????

My friend put 2 beautiful sapphire shards in her weapon and it is not glowing. I have read several forums threads tht have said u need to have a lvl 6 weapon and at least two of the same shards. can anyone help me with this problem I have searched tried to help her with this problem and I cannot figure out why its not working so can someone else pls tell me why this has happened.

    Only ARMOR glows with 2 lvl 5 or above shards.

    Weapons need to be 3 star, legendary or TT to glow.

    You can make weapons glow with shards, but from what i remember
    you need 2 flawless shards (lvl 7 or 8) in a weapon and it wont make the whole thing glow, itll just give you a pretty sparkly colourful animation around the hilt of the weapon.

    But as the poster above said, to make a proper glowing weapon, you need it to either be a three star (not +3, thats only refine rate) Twightlight temple (TT) or Legendary, (name is yellow or orange)
