Problem with download

I've re-installed the game on to my new computer but in the installation process it stops at extracting data pack 3,be in mind I am using Direct Download;a screen pops up and says I need this volume to continue "My name/My Documents/Download/Perfect World. I press continue and nothing happens. Do you by chance know what the problem is?

    yea i have the EXACT same problem, it goes well at pack4, then the extracting continues until data3.pck is unfound and "Missing Volume" pops up.
