"Power of the Changer" what is it?

I received a rank belt that says "Contains the power of the Changer" what is that no one I have asked has a clue. If anyone knows plz let me know ty b:thanks

    I think venomancers are a pretty cool guy, eh mances the venom and doesn't afraid of anything.

    Shhhh the answer is not easy, it involves a physical transformation that reduces your mass and body size, alters your abilities and changes you into an intelligent Fox. The metaphysical problems that had to be overcome to make this change happen (including a 'safe' place to store the excess body weight and alteration of skills) is exceptionally difficult and takes several high level wizards, a sacrificial Barbarian errr lamb.... several hours and the destruction of 40 galaxies per Venomancer created.
