What is "Power of the Changer"?

I received a "Seal of the Miragemaster" as rank equipment and It says "Contains Power of the Changer". What the heck is that? no body in my faction knows and No onw I've asked in games does either. I'm curious, as it sounds powerful and I'd like to know how to apply it if its possible. You can contact me in game or here thx in advanceb:victory

    umm... maybe it means power to change into a fox! =D, it's a description after all right? if it's not then... maybe you got some special power now O_O

    That's my guess anyway. I haven't found any way of activly using it.
