put money in actuion and didnt buy it or get my money back :(

ok a long time ago i put in like 180k for sundrop top in the actuion.the next day i looked and the bid was gone along with my money and no shirt :( i checked my bank and EVERY were and my money was gone.and no shirt.
so my question is why did that happen and if i can ever get my money back.

    Anything from the auction gets sent to your mailbox...near a banker.

    Did you check there?

    If not I would suggest filing a ticket.

    i bid something and it said "ur bid was entered" and my coins were taken.
    Then i clicked on "my bid" list to check it. bla nothing was there, nor a mail telling me someone had bought the item and return my coins.
    So i think the auction house is glitched sometimes.
    Hopefully filing a ticket will help u.
