Cant log in game

ive been patiently waiting almost 2 days and cant get any kinda response.... i logged my char out in the cube 2 day ago and when i logged in and got to char select screen and clicked my char it says unable to connect then right after it says disconected from server.... what is up... Oh yea ive submitted tickets on website and in game and have yet to get a response.... ive been ingame on a alt waiting for over 2 hrs for response and still nothing

    There are some known bug issues with the Cube of Fate with the issue you describe.

    I am waiting on responses from QA and Devs. Others are having the same issue as you are.

    When we do the update this week (don't hold me to this, it could be tonight), hopefully it will be fixed.

    Please be patient as PWE works to resolve the issues.
