How to block annoying/offensive people?

Hello, I was wondering if there's a way to block people who posed disturbance to you; eg, whispers. Because I unluckily met some people who wanna try and spoil my gaming experience; horny gamers who goes into threatening and dissing when you reject/do not respond well to them, etc. Please help. Thank youb:cute

    On your chat window (bottom left corner of the screen) where all the chat messages are shown, just right click their name and click on blacklist.

    Um, I deleted this dude from my friend list and blacklisted him, but he can still whisper to me? b:shocked

    take a screen shot either with Print Screen button, or F-9 (uncheck the hide UI in snapshots box). and send them into PWI's support system under Harassment.

    Screenshots can be found in C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\screenshots

    they are saved as BMP files and will need to be converted to a JPG format before uploading to PWI support.

    Ok i dont know how that is possible. Maybe a bug or something because that person still has you on his friend list?

    Either way, if the person is harassing you, i suggest you do what Saitada said.
