Question about items that att %accuracy

Does %accuracy modifiers on items help us a great deal against misses? I am a level 81 archer and I constantly miss my attacks, I was wondering if an item like misty forest ring would help me, and would it be beneficial to have in PVP where I also miss a ton. Your input is greatly appreciated.

    if u are lvl 81 archer and with a pure dex build your hit % should already be like 95% on mob(dunno where your constant miss comes from...), the misty forest ring might provide u like...3% more hit rate but its just not worth the cost.
    if u are talking about PvP, well i havent done enough to say, but i have seen archer with misty forest rings who does PvP alot.
