Can anyone tells me the name of this quest and where i get it?

    The quest is called Man Hung's Hair which started from killing KunKun quest at level 28. To finish this part of quest, you will need to collect Manghung's Hair, bottom of of the Great Lake (458 581) from water sediments. Turn it in and you will obtain the Makeover Scroll.

    Also, you can buy this item in cash shop as well. Original price is 2 gold I believe, which is currently on sale at 1 gold and 50 silver.

    hair's a bit northeast of the npc. on the bottom of the ocean.
