Threats on PWI

Not even 5 minutes into the game I get a msg from someone threatening me saying I should die and burn. Of course I warned this person such an act is bannable but they continued. They are or were on my friends list. So I told them I took a screenshot and was going to send it in so now where do I send in the ticket for harrasment when I didn't even do or say anything to this person. I'm not sure if posting the pic is allowed so I won't unless it is ok.

He also stated that he is a GM and that he has better weapons and that he could get me banned cause I'm a ****. Which I find it funny cause IRL I am a male.

    What an amateur. I've seen way better insults. Anyone that tells you he's a GM and will get you banned deserves to be ticketed.

    Don't post the screenshot on the forum. Open your screenshot with paint, then save it as a .jpg.

    Fill out a ticket (http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing) explaining whats going on and attach the screenshot.

    Viola. That guy is soooo getting banned.

    Call it harrassment, submit a ticket, they get banned, and you can go b:laugh :3

    Please tell me you got the part of them impersonating a GM. That will deffinetally get them banned. No GM will ever act in that manner. That would cost them their job. Can someone tell me why the morons act like that and try to fool people by saying they are a Gm, When everyone knows GMs wont chance their jobs for insults?

    ^^ Yes, submit anything you have on the person and we will gladly take them out of the community (proven that you are correct of course). Abuse and GM impersonation are not taken very lightly by the staff here. There is a link in my signature straight to the ticketing system where you can submit the report.

    Yes I got two screenshots. One with the harassment and the another saying he was a GM. Both shots have been submitted. People like this are just dumb. Sometimes I think that they don't like the game and WANT to be banned.

    If you don't like the game just uninstall it and play some other MMORPG. Don't have to make an **** of yourself. Doing that is just playing stupid. Thank you to all who replied on this matter.
