? Apoc. Pages / Chrono Pages ?

OK so for a MG you need 20 Apoc pages to get undine strike. Is that the only thing you can get with Apoc Pages?

Furthermore, what are Chrono Pages used for?

    All 79 skills for all classes require 20 apocalypse pages.

    Same thing with chrono pages, but for level 100 skills.
