    Here is the question I will ask back to you..
    Do you want more spirit or do you want them to make the game easier ?

    Cause you want more spirit there always a way.
    Badge of speed / wis /etc..
    Sign of speed/ wis / etc...

    Then you probably going to complain that you spend so much time to get it.
    Or cost so much to buy from players.

    So I ask again, more spirit or make the game easier so you can do whatever you like?
