Noob needs help on the Aware of Principle.

Well it says to go collect 1 Celestial Sprite. ( which is a herb ) But i can't seem to pick it. Is there a certain items i need in order to pick it? I already have pickaxe but i'm not sure thats the right certain item i need for this quest.

    There's 2 celestial sprites; the first is a quest drop from a monster. I forget the name of the monster for elves, but they're at the top of the ridge (check your quest list for the monster). The second is harvested from the herb, but you can't harvest it until you get the first one.

    For Elves:

    1. Aware of Principle

    Start NPC: Speak to Mangmang the Taoist (322, 421)
    Mission #1: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (Quest drop from Carapest Terror)
    Monster Locale: Near Scorpion Cave (274,427)
    Mission #2: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (295, 429) (281, 404) (292, 446)
    Second collection only triggers after Celestial Sprite is obtained
