Why does my sig not work?

Nub question: I made a signature picture, it looks real good.
When i uploaded it it shows a preview.
When i post in forum, it is not there.
Why?
Could someone help me please?

Details:
I tried by both uploading an image and by using imageshack.

    On the bottom...if you scroll down...there should be an option that you can check: "Show Your Signature"
