What would you suggest?

The lvl 77 Sleeves of Sea Captain (-6 channel, +.2 speed) Or the TT80 Sleeves (Dexterity +6~7, Magic +6~7, Vitality +5~6). I Have 50 sta (capped), base dex, str for gear (arcane, ect), and the rest in INT. I also have no channel gear when I grind. Which sleeves would work out to be more useful for me?

    I got the sea captain if for no other reason than they are available sooner. They are also a lot cheaper. Both look pretty good, I'm just not sure how the math works out for which deals more damage. The heal speed is nice though.
