My Avatar for my Cleric won't work.

Hey guys, I have a lvl 81 cleric - but for some reason the server won't let me have an avatar for her. I've done the "click on the avatar" and then pick the design then - for all my other toons... But - Yet... for My main toon:
Disarmonia_X

it will not work.

Would it by any chance have anything to do w/the underscore?

Because I noticed: I had this avatar (which wont' let me select picture)

but it's just "disarmonia"

Sorry, it kinda bugs me - and I hope there's a way to fix it.
