Level 5 Crafting

I'm now at level 5 in my crafting but none of the four crafters (Blacksmith, Apothecary, Craftsman, Tailor) in Archosaur have any level 5 items to craft.

How do I start level 5 crafting?

Go to whetstone keep/dreamweaver port and you will find what you need

I completed my lvl 5 Blacksmith crafting skill. What level do you have to be to begin level 6?

Any lvl, but you only get the quest for it at lvl 80.
