Grinding Monsters/Zones 30+

Hey all, I've seen grinding guides in at least one of the other class forums and wondered if there was a similar one for archers?

I tried searching past threads on here but didn't receive any immediate hits.

I'm not out of quests, I just feel like grinding a little bit.
