About crafting 3*** weaps

Is it possible to craft low lvl weaps with 3***?
For example, lvl2 3*** weaps?

    I think any equipment has a chance at being a three star but low level equipment will be replaced so fast that it will not matter if you get a three star or not.

    Yeah its possible, but I don't imagine most people make more than one or two of an item at those levels. I never did anyway. I guess some get lucky, but without quantity the odds are pretty slim I would think.

    i think he just wants to craft cheap 3*** because he can breakthem down into mirage celestones. it cost 5k imo not worth it because of all the low level eq used to make that 3***, the mats could be sold off while afk for a much bigger profit, and you can just buy the mirage stones. out of 20 low level items I made zero 3*** and three 2** and 3 socketed items. so i would have waisted all of the mats for those 20 items and still not have a stone(I was getting blacksmithing to lvl 3) i think its just luck of the draw.

    I've personally have made a few 3*** low level equips like the req. lvl 6 bow but I just got lucky off of them and wouldn't have been making them if it wasn't for friends giving the mats. to make them stuff. but yes Low level items can have 3*** they are just very rare

    Dont try to just make them though Trust me you will just be wasting money. Not that i wasted any
