HP and MP Bars

Here I am, the average leveled noob again. b:bye I've seen some screenshots of people who have hp and mp bars above their head. How do you set that? Can't seem to figure it out...

    Next to your picture, there are buttons (HP, MP, EXP), they toggle (off/on) those bars over your head.
