Noob questions

I just started playing like 6 hours ago and I finaly got my blacksmithing level up to 2...Only problem is everytime I craft stuff now the % bar doesn't go up...So I'm guessing I need a second book of blacksmithing, if so where can I find it???

    You have to create items that have a level requirement equal to your current level to gain exp, ie at level 2 you need to make things that require level 2. This applies to all production skills. The lvl req is near the bottom right of the crafting window.
