wierd problem

hi- I just started playing a few days ago,and I am really starting to like this game
N E ways,my mouse took a dump on me,and I've been playing w/my touch pad {laptop} Every once in awhile it grabs when it's not supposed to,usually causing me ta go into 1st person view,and won't come back out. This particular time,it grabed when I was @ teh bottom of my screen,and it took my meditation box an must have discarded it-gone. Not on ground. How can I restore this?? I looked in skills,but meditation and flying arent there.
BTW-is there some kind of maint right now {3:30 am est} cause I got deconed and when I go ta log back on,it says I'm already logged on!!!!

    The "E" key will bring up a window with it and other actions icons

    hmmm i was helping someone out and they ran into this issue as well

    apparently theres no way to control zoom without a mouse with scroll wheel or a keyboard with a numpad

    which suffice to say is incredibly stupidb:angry

    plz someone prove me wrong here
