Im curious how long approx it takes to get a reply from customer service? It's been few days since the perm banning of my account although I can access the forums, I've sent 3 tickets because I was confuzed at first, second I explained myself,Third I got mad cuz its taking ages. Is there a phone number anywhere? I've heard of people calling in to customer service regarding there account and or billing activies. Anyone know where it is?
Making new char..Which one? I have a BM..but I want more damage and stuff to do..

    FORUM ban should be issued correct?

    Who agrees thats fair? If I offend someone on these forums or a GM on these forums then I should have been perm banned on forums and not in-game?

    If I was the one offended I would personally find that fair but meh..

    There's usually no answer during weekends, fridays maybe if you submit it in early morning.

    You should have your answer on monday.

    Were you one of the ones from Enrage that was killing the oracle mobs w/o having any oracle quest (which the GM's can see by bringing up your character data)? Or did you badmouth GM's after they teleported you across the map for KSing the oracle mobs? Or threaten to sue them? Or anything like that? If so. There is your reason. If not, keep looking, lol.

    Im not part of Enrage, Friends with alot of them. I haven't touched Oracles bosses for a few days, and I waited in-line unless it was a KS fest.

    Xarfox is a pretty fair minded GM from my experience. I'm sure if it is a simple error it will get rectified. keep trying.

    Ya both him and kantorek have both responded to the best of there abilities in private message and I'm not going to bother them anymore, I just want the people reading my tickets to know I'm a polite person and dont intend to offend anyone. I just want to play the game with my friends and my wife when we both log on in our spare time, hopefully the person reading it has a human response.. Unlike many games I've played where they just reply like a robot with out negotiating things and making it fair for both parties of this issue (which Ive yet to figure out what my issue is on PWI).

    Well.. I've had a serious bug issue (check my other posts, don't want to repeat myself), and it's been over 3 weeks now and I got no answer at all. After a week I sent another ticket, still nothing. I actually gave up on waiting. Thanks to the whole situation I lost an item, got kicked out from guild and outleveled by many friends/enemies ;].

    Damn, any response would have been good, even if it was "f*** you", I'd know that I don't need to wait >.<

    with how much people spend on this game [which is alot] with this brutal CS and the bugs we get every other update we as players do get treated horrible

    sorry if i offend anybody or any of your GM friends, but it's the truth. alot of money is put in but really it's just cashing in and do whatever they please. way to go?

    I spent 120$ in total, and I would spend even more, but I'm discouraged to do so because my items can just dissapear and I can get no GM help at all...

    Ya my friend got perm banned and he called in and got un-banned, I've yet to find the number and he said he forgot lol. Although out of 5 private messages with 2 GM's I've yet to recieve the number, I understand how busy they can and maybe are but I mean perm banning a paying customer or at that anyone member of thsi community and giving no reason or proof is just frustrating to anyone I'd think. I just better get a reply or a number soon.

    First and foremost, GMs do work on the weekends contrary to popular belief. ;)
