Stake Stones Vanished in Deathmatch Arena

We did some Test Runs of the Deathmatch Arena Event. Bought 8 Stake Stones (1 for each player) Registered at Arena Registrar 03, teamed up and fought a Battle (teams were in squad each) - Winner team got the stones, all well...
Redistributed the stones, next run. Seven of us entered the Arena, One of us was a bit late. she was not able to register, while we were inside the Arena, her Stake Stone had vanished. So we fought our Battle, bought a new Stone and did wager another Run (2 against 6 this time) The six-char-Team (all in a squad) won, and the Members of the winning team we were able to attack each other after leaving the squad.
Last person standing was a Veno, after she went out nobody of us was able to get our Stones back from the NPC. We all could still select a team color but none of us is able to Enter the Arena again due to missing Stake Stones. Some had a Message that the last Fight ended as a draw, but still no one of us can get any Stones back.
Hope this isnt supposed to be right, cause altogether we paid 945K for Stones that are gone now

    I have almost the exact same problem.

    Me and TheWhiteLady went in to test it today and only she was able to enter the arena, I was stuck outside and both of us lost our stakes and are out 210k.

    I still have the quest that says stake refund but neither of us have any "red or blue leader tag"

    I tried contacting a GM in-game but we all know that feature is useless.
