Delay between purchases?

Hey I'm trying to get a herc and I specifically bought some zen before 12 am my time and 12 am gametime to avoid any daily limits. Now it's some hours later and I still can't charge the rest I need. O_o

You gotta wait exactly 24 hrs?

    same thing here..i bought some zen before and still waiting for it to be approved..what's going on?

    The spending limit is based on a 24 hour period on not based on the calendar. So yes, you have to wait a full 24 hours from the day before's purchasing to make a new payment. It is a security feature involved in all purchasing and is designed that way since not everyone lives in the same time zone.
