    No it's not. I got to that part in your post and stopped reading. 98% of the time people will only attack people they know they can beat. Thats not competition.

    98% huh? Mind showing me how you came out with that statistic?

    Edit:It's not competition to you because you are holding something against the PvPers as far as I can tell. So I guess TW and the PK arena means nothing correct? Knowing you, you'd probably say they don't.

    I'm glad you stopped reading my post, because the common sense in it would probably be too much for you to handle.

    Zoe, here's the difference:

    In most video games no one's character dies forever meaning if it gets PK'd it isn't permanently dead. If it's a single player game, there's the last save point to go back to. Player's know this, and find it acceptable if they choose to play with PK mode enabled.


    In real life, there are no save points, there are no respawns, no take backs.

    Dead is dead.


    Most people know the difference, Zoe, why don't you?

    Rules only apply when it does not infringe on the rights of others. Players have the right to play the game without being randomly killed by other players. Just like people have the right to live without randomly being killed by another person.

    When you infringe on the rights of others, thats when it becomes a problem.

    I can just see it: A person gets charged with murder and gets a few years in jail. As they pull him out of the courtroom he's shouting "Life is PK enabled so its not against the rules to PK!!!!!"

    You know I read in someone sig abt Zoe compaing the game to real life murder and thought it was a isolated incident or a joke, so imagine my surprise when I'm witnessing it firsthand :S
    SERIOUSLEY can we please move away from pk = murder?

    The game has different servers and options exactly for this situation and still pllayers come and QQ on the forums because they don't understand the system.
    PVP servers = no one cares if you get killed 7000 billion times by the same lvl 105, it was your choice to play there
    PVE = why the hell did u turn on the pk mode if u don't know what it does?

    I'm going to shoot a sheep in the dark here, but, I'll do it anyway.

    (f) "Stalk," threaten or otherwise harass or cause discomfort to another;

    Nothing to do with pk, this is based on people who constantly pm others for private information, follow them around and discuss inappropriate subject mater. Threaten as in real life threats. "Cause discomfort" = private matter.

    (h) Impede or disrupt the Service or the normal flow of game play or dialogue in the game or in Interactive Areas on the Site or use vulgar language,

    This is pretty straight forward. No where does it say KS'ing or PK'ing is disrupting flow of gameplay, if that were the case everyone and their mom would be banned on Lost City.

    (n) Take any action that disrupts the Service or that negatively affects or may prohibit other users from enjoying the Website, the Games or any other aspect of the Service.

    I could see where PK'ing or KS'ing could disrupt others gameplay, but this is kind of a trial and error type deal. If you can't handle pk, simple, go to PVE servers. If you can't handle KS, go to a different game, I need the mob just as much as you do buddy.

    As for the PK = Murder thing, Let's address that issue straight up front.

    This is a GAME. This GAME has this thing called "PVP / PK".

    In this GAME, your character resurrects in town, and you go on about your business with less experience.

    Now here's my left-blow, When I get shot in real life from walking in a dark alley, I seriously hope I resurrect in the local hospital with a few brain-cells missing.

    If you take this game THAT seriously as to infer that PK = Real life murder, you really need to find a better hobby.
