Serious Screenshot problem

Hai. Okay so I would say at least 75% of the time when I try to take a screenshot, my computer totally crashes and my screen goes blue with white text. And I'm forced to turn off my computer then turn it back on. I'm not sure, but it might only do this when I'm actually logged into my character, it might work every time from the character select screen. It doesn't matter whether or not I use the F9 screenshot tool or print screen button. This is terribly inconvenient as you can imagine. And I don't believe it matters on how long I've been logged on for, whether it be a minute or some hours. Does anyone else have this kinda problem and is it fixable?

Sounds like a hardware and/or video driver compatibility issue perhaps.
