Decomposing - Insufficient Durability

I have a *** Rainflower Pendant. (level 3 ornament)
I've repaired all my armor.
My Craftsman level is 3. (30/45)
I am at a craftsman, attempting to decompose.
I still get the Insufficient Durability message. Can't figure it out.

Is this a bug or translation problem?

Darn it, I want my mirage celestone!

    I think it's only a translation problem, or, better said, there's not enough room in the window to showup the complete message. And it's not really a message but more a hint.
    This hint is trying to tell you:
    "Insufficient durability causes lesser (decomposing rate ? or similar meaning)."

    So, if you decompose items with durability not to max (not fully repaired), you won't get the maximum possible number of stones.

    Did you try to start the decompose process anyway? AFAIK the hint is fixed and will not disappear.
    If it does not really work, then it must be a bug if your ornament is indeed repaired.

    Relogged in, repaired all my armour again, and then it worked, although it did give the invalid message. Weird glitch?

    You can only decompose fully repaired gear.
