Unable to connect to server

Ok, so today I updated the game like usual and then when it was all done I pressed start and the game started to load up. Now I have Windows Vista and it has me Allow or Don't Allow options. I think I might have made a mistake and accidently pressed Don't Allow and now I can't seem to get into the game. When I tried to log my aco**** in a box came up saying "Unable to connect to server." I tried verifying it again to see if that worked and it didn't and I tried to pull down my firewalls and that didn't work. Please I really need some help.
